At MLT Digital, we specialise in helping law firms grow through high-impact digital marketing. We’re now looking for a Frontend Developer/Content Designer to join our hybrid team, combining in-office collaboration in Glasgow with work-from-home flexibility.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of building responsive WordPress websites, creating custom themes and plugins, and ensuring performance, security, and accessibility.

You’ll also play a key part in designing user-friendly interfaces, producing engaging digital and social content, and supporting projects such as platform migrations and site optimisations. Your work will directly impact client growth, helping deliver innovative, data-driven marketing solutions that stand out in an evolving digital landscape.

We’re looking for someone with strong WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP skills, combined with an eye for UX/UI design and content creation. You’ll be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to lead processes from concept to delivery.
